Trout Stream
The trout stream separates the garden lawns from the woodland and flows from Park Farm via a culvert on Common Road, past the woodland clearing and on towards Blackborough End. Above the footbridge is a weir where Gunnera and Yellow Flag Irises add interest, and above the weir there are often small trout darting about in the deeper waters.
The trout stream flows quickly across the middle of the property. It is fairly shallow from the weir to under the main bridge and then narrows as it leaves the woodland towards Blackborough End.
